So being a Tupperware consultant, I get AMAZING discounts. {up to 70% ;)} , so of course when Cheryl Smith came up to Saskatoon and raved...and I mean RAVED about the Smart Steamer I HAD to have it, to see if it was all that and a bag of chips...and let me tell you...

 If you have a crazy little family, and have to constantly run between the kitchen and your crazies, always checking in the stove so you do not over cook and dry...then THIS! is the product for you! I highly..HIGHLY recommend purchasing the Smart Steamer, which is currently on sale till Feb. 14 for $83!! ( A savings of $56)!

The Smart Steamer is metal, encapsulated in plastic so it becomes microwave safe. No microwaves will touch your food in the process of steaming. When they go through the plastic and hit the metal, they bounce off and find the water which is in the underneath compartment. It then boils the water, making it steam, which in turn cooks your food!. It is fast, safe, healthy and amazing.

 I put in 2 chicken breasts in the bottom compartment and sprinkles generously with the Tupperware Southwest Chipotle Seasoning (Deeeelicious!). In the top compartment I put in FRESH carrots, broccoli and green pepper. Now the recipe told me 1 chicken breast for 16 minutes...so at first I put in for 16 minutes, and then checked it...still a TAD pink so I had put it in for another 5 minutes. DONE! IT WAS DONE!. in 22 minutes I had made chicken breast and vegetables... I was able to quickly wash up any dishes to create more counter space, and not once did I have to worry about overcooking, or water boiling over, or stirring anything and wait around at the stove. I was so excited about how much time I had.. I forgot to cook the rice...(which Tupperware ALSO has...a RICE COOKER!
